WRESTLING EAGLES BECOME 2021 STATE DUALS CHAMPIONS, ST. ED'S SIXTH STATE TITLE IN DUALS

Congratulations to our Wrestling Eagles on winning the Ohio High School Wrestling Coaches' Association State Duals Championship last Saturday. This win makes it the sixth state duals title and 39th state championship overall for St. Ed's Wrestling team. "I am very impressed with the focus and dedication our students have shown this season. They have dealt with the pandemic and the challenges it's brought as well as can be expected," says Wrestling Coach John Heffernan '84. "This win was an impressive team effort. Our guys performed the best they have all year. Every match and every point counted. They're all proud of what they have accomplished and are looking forward to getting better and preparing for the traditional state tournament in March."
